The majority of Motiv8 workers are employed in front line delivery roles, however we do also employ staff in administration, finance, HR and management posts.
Bicycle Recycling employs bike mechanics as well as people with customer service experience and ride leaders.

Bicycle Recycling Apprentice, 12 month placement alongside a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance and Installation – Cycles Pathway. Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days in 7 (possibly including weekends) on £7800 per annum
